A second court martial trial for Army 1st Lt. Ehren Watada, the first and only commissioned officer to publicly refuse deployment to Iraq, is scheduled for July 16. He is charged with missing troop movement and criticizing the Iraq War. He is being persecuted because he is challenging the morality of the legality of the war.
